Returns and refunds

We want you to love your KOBALTKA order. Every item is printed to order after you buy it, so please read this policy before you purchase.

If you change your mind

You can cancel your order and return your items for a refund within 14 days of receiving them. To do this:

Tell us within 14 days of delivery using the form on our Contact page, with your order number.
Send the items back to us within 14 days of telling us. We will give you the return address.

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof that you sent it), to your original payment method. We may reduce the refund if the item has lost value because it was handled more than needed to check it.

Cancelling before printing

Orders go into production quickly. If you want to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. If printing has not started, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or refund you, and we will cover the return postage if we ask you to send the item back.

Wrong address or lost parcels

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect, we can send it again if you pay the postage. If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate and either resend or refund.
