Terms of service

Terms of service

These terms apply when you use our website and buy from KOBALTKA. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

KOBALTKA is an online shop selling products with original cobalt blue and white designs inspired by Polish folk culture. You can contact us through the Contact page.

Orders and contract

When you place an order we will email you to confirm we have received it. A contract between you and us is formed when we dispatch your item. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable or if there is an obvious pricing or product error.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Made to order

Items are printed to order, so small differences in colour, print position and size can happen between the images on the site and the finished product. Screens show colours differently, and we cannot guarantee an exact match.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns and refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

Our designs

All designs, images, text and logos on this site belong to KOBALTKA and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer or our liability where the law does not allow it.

Privacy

How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts there can handle any disputes, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also use your local courts.
